Art and Learning is a powerful educational tool proven to increase student understanding and comprehension through art.  Structured as an in-class field trip Art and Learning is a way to bring museum culture into your school.  A typical class is 50 minutes beginning with a short interactive lecture followed by a demonstration, with the bulk of the class dedicated to creating a project.  Students experience the techniques of the featured artists using materials that closely resemble the original tools and materials. This program is used in conjunction with existing coursework for Elementary, Middle or High School students.  Each program is tailored to a specific age group and linked to a specific curriculum.
